So Spread Your Tiny Wings and Fly Away - - -

Today is the day! We are headed to Costa Rica.

Early this morning we, and all our luggage, met in the History class room to get ready to go.


Only ONE of us was tardy and is missing from this photo, can you figure out who???


We bowed our heads for prayer, asking for protection and guidance for this long day.


Then we went to the sanctuary for a time of worship- - -


Commitment - - -


And Consecration.


Then each student met with the class that will be specially praying for him or her as we travel.


Next it was time to load the people mover and move on down the road to the air port.


And here we are - - - all settled in, looking "groupish" in our matching traveling "t's." Oh, and where is our little Miss Tardy???? She's not here!!!! Where IS THAT GIRL???


At the air port, after we got our boarding passes, we took care of IMPORTANT business - - - EATING.


Then we got through security - - - without a glitch, I might add, and found our gate. And this is where we have been for the last hour or two - - -


Just standing around and - - -


Hanging out. Oh LOOK! Kyndra's finally here!!!


We played a bit of Catch Phrase to help pass the time - - - and just look what was the FIRST phrase on the game.

We kid you not.

Well - - - our plane's gonna be here soon, so we'll say toodle-oooo for now.

But first, a few messages:

Kristie: Mom, I ALREADY got covered in melted chocolate AND ice cream - - - two messes and I'm not even out of Indy yet!

Charlene: Mom, (said in a whiny voice) Kristie got chocolate on me!!!

Kyndra: Mom, don't worry, I made it through security even WITH two rods and 18 (or something) screws in my back!!!!

Jerolyn: Mom, I'm doing fine.

Emily(s): Leave me (us) alone, I'm sleeping!

Michael: Mom, I forgot my Tide to Go pen!!!

Austin: Mom, I'll talk to you next week.

Cassie: Grandma, I found my light up ice cube in my back pack!!!

Now we really ARE over and out until later.
